Cancellation Policy

When you reserve a room at the Cedar Breeze, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you have chosen and you agree to pay the cost of the room for the number of days of your reservation. Because of our size and the difficulty to re-rent a room with short notice, last minute cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

To cancel, re-schedule, or shorten your stay, regardless of the reason, we need to be informed at least 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival date so you can avoid cancellation costs.

1. If you cancel your reservation at least 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival, no charge will be incurred.
2. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled arrival you will be responsible for 50% of the entire amount of your reserved stay.
3. If you cancel on the day of your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for 100% of the entire amount of your reserved stay.
